About Me

Hi! I’m Crystal! My family and I are originally from south Louisiana, but have had the opportunity to live in four different states over the last several years. Currently we are enjoying living in and exploring Washington. I am blessed to have an incredible husband, two young children, and a German shepherd at home. When I’m not teaching classes, I enjoy trying new recipes and reading anything related to health, fitness, education, and travel. On the weekends my family and I are usually outside running, biking, hiking, working in our garden, or doing some sort of home improvement project.
